Is there a limit on storage or bandwidth consumption?

The limits for storage, bandwidth and other consumption metrics depend on what product package or plan you have opted for. You can find out the consumption metrics of your Portal by looking at the consumption reports. See Consumption Reports for SaaS Deployment Overview for more.

For enterprise solutions, any limits with storage, streaming and CPU costs are defined in Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft for customer's Azure Account.
